Waipapakauri Beach is nestled on the south end of 90 Mile Beach. It is long, straight and covered in white sand and locals. There is periodic patches of driftwood and fishers, recreationalists and lots of walkers. Winds can be gentle and on occasion bluster like a gale. Overall, it’s the sand, the dunes and it’s natural nature which attracts so many.
