New Zealand Amateur Photography Awards 2024

I have always wanted to enter some photographic competitions – a little tweet inside kept saying to be “You’re good at this, your photos are good.” So I entered a local competition and was awarded some second and third places. This gave me a little confidence to enter the NZAPA. True to form, it is just not possible for me to pick only one photo – it’s just not; nope don’t go there, i’ll have a meltdown!

So choosing 15 which are (a few) of my favourites, I entered. I waited and forgot, and waited some more. An then an email arrived to say the results were in! So here they are! 15/15 – commended and highly commended 😎  Yes, my little photography heart is feeling a little warm and fuzzy at the mo. 💖📷
