I love love love looking close at nature. Small things – those itty-bitty, small things we disregard because we can’t see them from our full height. The ones we have to bend down or lie down beside to actually see them. So here they are, Toretore shell (Baby Black Muscle Shells) on a rock. Blink, move your eyes and see another scene, Blink again and the colour appears, blink again and there is something else in the picture! This is what they look like – a little colony all bumping up against each other, overlapping and trying to outgrow their neighbour.
