I am so grateful they have re-opened the Cascades Park. It is one of the most tranquil places in West Auckland. It is also great there are two paths (which will eventually connect). I was luck to have the shorter path all to myself. No other people – just me, a couple of birds and a whole lot of nature.
I like rounded edges – they are gentle and force everything to flow continually without resistance. They don’t stack tightly but overlap to protect each other from some or most of the elements. This Climbing Rata is just like that – protecting the tree trunk as it lives.
