A place I call home. I place where I spent many summer holidays when growing up. The people, the location, the beach right there across the road. The memories, the walking and exploring. The trek (or fun run!) up to the trig. Swimming and fishing – no fresh fish every night for tea and smoked Kawhai for lunch. Family – the camp was family. It’s still there and the most homely and peaceful place I know. 💖
