Hokitika – a small town vital to the West Coast of NZ. A rugged beach and easy access inland to the Southern Alps and mountain bike trails. This was a stunning Christmas Day and the sunset was just the right lighting to illuminate the sign. It’s not the original sign as there has been many storms blow through – but it gets re-built. For the Tourists. To name a place.
