Move from my hiding place on the rocks to the sand. Still looking the same way, block out the cliffs and merc – look at the sun. Due west. Crouch (in my case stay short!) , angle the camera for some light flare and capture the spread of rocks and sand. Add in the greenery of the reserve and you have a picture of a moment before sunset.
